We accept payment in multiple forms including by credit card online (Mastercard and Visa), online bank transfer via internet banking, and also in person at the Cairns Kangarooms office.

Online Bank Transfers – Internet banking

Domestic Bank Transfer (Free) OR International Bank Transfer You can log into your own internet banking and transfer your payment to Cairns Kangarooms using your own Australian bank account or from a bank account outside of Australia. Simply email info@cairnskangarooms.com and we will send you our bank account information so you can make this payment. Please make sure you include your Booking ID (which is on your invoice) as a reference when you are making your payment so that we can identify your payment.

Our reception hours are Monday to Friday 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM. During these times you can pay your rent or any outstanding balances in person at the Kangarooms office. We accept cash payments and can provide you with a receipt no problem. You can also deposit your cash payment directly into our bank account at any Commonwealth Branch. Email info@cairnskangarooms.com and we will send you our bank account information.

Great location, great people and super accommodating for all types of visitors! Due to covid and the small rental... market, I looked into student housing and found Kangarooms. Melanie and Lisa made my stay so easy while looking for permanent accommodation. They were really understanding of my situation and were genuinely interested in helping me as much as they can! Stayed here for a few months and can truly say that this place is fantastic to live. Easy walking distance to the... shopping centre and Esplanade. Bed comfortable and rooms have a fan & AC. Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, spacious lounge area and fully equipped kitchen, upstairs room I was in remained well aired,... if a bit humid if you had the blind down at night, rooms on the inner circle could be a bit noisy at night or from 7 in the morning, internet worked well, all other utilities were modern and efficient, will stay again if need be.read more

Such a great home away from home. The rooms are a great size, air conditioned, large desk and much more. Common areas... (bathroom, kitchen and lounge) are kept clean. Decent amount of space in the fridge (whole shelf to yourself).Staff are friendly and welcoming. Kangarooms is a really nice share house. There is clean, the owners and staff are very kind.of course, security is... safe because it is an auto-lock gate and each room has its own auto-lock key, so you can spend very comfortably.They also clean the room and the building once a week. There are four buildings in total, one of which is for women only.I used to be a normal building for men and women, but I enjoyed eating with the same sharemates, watching dvd in the communal living room, bbqing , and having fun in the pool.I had great times with them . We were going out ,shopping, helping and supporting each other it likes a family .The location is also very close to Cairns Central, the bus stop and within walking distance from town alone.There are also various events in the KangaroomsWhen I return to Cairns, I would like to stay the Kangarooms again .I love Kangarooms❤️🦘カンガルームはとても素晴らしいシェアハウスです。とても敷地内も広く、綺麗で、オーナーやスタッフもとても親切です。セキュリティ面でももちろん、オートロックの敷地の為安全で、個人ルームもそれぞれにオートロック付きなのでとても快適に過ごせます。週1回部屋、棟の清掃も行ってくれます。全部で四棟の建物がありますが、その中の一つは女性だけの入居の棟があります。男性立ち入り禁止です。わたしは、男女ミックスの普通の棟でしたが同じシェアメイトと楽しく食事を作ったり、共同リビングでdvdをみたり、敷地内でbbqをしたり、プールに入ったりと楽しい時間を過ごしました。カンガルームで共に過ごす仲間たちと一緒に出かけたり、買い物にもいったり、助け合い支え合いで家族のようなとてもいい経験ができました。また、立地もケアンズセントラルにとても近かったり、バス停にも近かったり、タウンからでも歩ける距離です。カンガルーム内で様々なイベントもあります。ケアンズに戻るときはカンガルームに入居したいと思います。カンガルームが大好きです🥰read more

It is one of the best place In Cairns where you can live peacefully and meet international friends. Since it’s a... family owned business the management is so supportive and the surrounding is always neat and clean. Even though my stay at Kangarooms was very short, I found that it was such a nice place for the students to live. The... place has been done up very nicely. The cleanliness and security features attracted me the most. Everything that you need to prepare your meals were provided which is very helpful for the students.
