Cairns Rental Booking Terms and Conditions for
Cairns Kangarooms Student Living

To stay at Cairns Kangarooms you must be 18 years or older at the time of your check-in and currently enrolled and attending a course with an educational institution in Cairns. You will be required to show proof of these conditions when returning the room agreement.

To book your student room:

1. Download, fill in and return our Student Room Booking Form. Use the “Special Requirements or Requests” box to make note of any additional extras or special requests you have such as disability access room etc.
2. Cairns Kangarooms will confirm your room booking with you and you will be sent a Rooming Accommodation Agreement and a Booking Invoice. Your Booking Invoice will include the details of your room, length of stay, special requests, your total price and the booking deposit which is required to be paid. Your booking deposit is equal to four (4) weeks rent. If your stay is shorter than 4 weeks then the balance of your invoice is due in full within seven (7) days of your booking.
3. Your Rooming Accommodation Agreement must be signed and returned and your booking deposit must be paid within seven (7) days of making your reservation otherwise Cairns Kangarooms can cancel the reservation.

After the minimum 4 week stay, if you are staying longer your rent is required to be paid fortnightly (ie. every 14 days) and in advance, in accordance with the Cairns Kangarooms Rooming Agreement.
